Following the news that Black Widow's Scarlett Johansson had joined Wes Anderson's next movie, it's now been reported that a wave of big-name actors have also come aboard.
Bryan Cranston, Hope Davis, Jeffrey Wright, and Liev Schreiber has signed on for roles in the new movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The cast already includes the aforementioned Johansson, as well as Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman, Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Rupert Friend, Margot Robbie, and Tom Hanks.
The untiled movie is now filming in Spain and is expected to wrap at the end of September. Anderson's next movie, The French Dispatch, is slated to open in October.
Anderson wrote the untitled movie and is also directing, but we don't know anything about the plot. No matter what, it's got a very big and impressive cast.
Anderson has earned multiple Academy Award nominations over the years, for films like The Royal Tenenbaums, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Moonrise Kingdom, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and Isle of Dogs.
As for Johansson, she's been in the news lately regarding her lawsuit against Disney over Black Widow.
