Codemasters has today announced that the game formerly known simply as WWII: RTS will be published as Battlefield Command. The game, which Codemasters secured the rights to late last year, is currently in development at Russia-based 1C Company--the same studio responsible for the excellent IL-2 Sturmovik flight simulator.
Battlefield Command is currently scheduled for release in the second quarter of 2004. For more information, check out our IL-2 Sturmovik of the game.
