　　The semi-finals will be between LGD.cn and IG, and Team DK vs Vici Gaming. When it comes to storylines, the obvious semi-final will be the match featuring Team DK and Vici Gaming. 　　Invictus Gaming has also performed consistently against the top of the hiearchy in China as they placed 2nd in the overall standing in the regular season of the WPC Ace League and finished 2nd in the D2L Season 4 playoffs, where they lost 3-1 against Vici Gaming.

　　The first semi-final between DK and Vici Gaming will be played on the 30th of December due to the Christmas break that's coming up, LGD.cn vs iG will be played the following day and the Bo7 grand final will be played on the first day of 2014. History will be made as the winner will claim the largest ever prize pool in Dota 2 history outside of The International that sits on a total of $163,400.
