　　WPC-ACE have announced today that a new season for 2014 is almost ready to kick off. WPC-ACE 2014 will build upon the formats that were set out in last year's season continuing with the full offline league format.

　　The new season will kick off on March 29th at the Shanghai eSports Center and will feature a number of the top tier Chinese teams such as Team DK, Invictus Gaming, LGD, TongFu and Vici Gaming. The news has also confirmed that TI3 champions Alliance will be taking part in the competition along with other Western teams which they are coordinating with at the moment.

　　WPC 2014 will build on the format set upon in WPC 2013 -- a full offline league format -- while improving on scheduling in order to bring a more dynamic, cohesive experience. The domestic portion will last three months, with a regular season of 72 matches, and a total match count when all is said and done of nearly 100 matches. The open qualifiers will be held in an online format. The regular season and postseason this year will be held in a format inspired by the NBA, and will allow audiences be a part of a truly unique esports experience!
