Every month Twitch offers up a handful of free games to Twitch/Amazon Prime members. The games themselves usually aren't as major as the freebies that come with other services, but free is still free, and if you're looking for something to play, there's no reason for Prime members to skip claiming their five free games each month. Plus, you also get downloadable bonuses for games you're already playing, something no other service provides.

　　This month's free games include American Fugitive, a top-down, GTA-inspired action game, and Desert Child, a hoverbike racing RPG. You can also claim Narcos: Rise of the Cartels, a brutal turn-based strategy game; Steredenn, a chaotic space shooter; and White Night, a survival horror puzzle game. All five games will be available until March 2, and then March's lineup of freebies will take their place.

　　February is also bringing another huge batch of free in-game loot available throughout the month. One of the highlights is a series of gear drops available for Destiny 2. Each drop comes with four rewards, including Exotic weapons, Ghosts, ships, Sparrows, emotes, and weapon ornaments from previous seasons. The first drop is available now for PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Stadia, with more coming over the next six months.

　　There's a wide range of other loot available now as well, including a Geometric Anomaly skin for Caustic in Apex Legends, a permanent Skin Shard in League of Legends, and a Twitch Operator skin for Rainbow Six Siege.

　　To claim any free games or loot via Twitch Prime, you just have to link your Twitch account to your Amazon Prime account. Amazon Prime memberships cost $119 per year, but you can always sign up for a free 30-day trial.
