The weekend numbers are in, and Disney's Star Wars: The Force Awakens continues to soar. The movie made $25.1 million domestically and $47.3 million overseas, bringing its new global total to $1.863 billion.

The Force Awakens remains the No. 3 movie all time globally. It's still behind two James Cameron movies: Titanic ($2.186 billion) and Avatar ($2.78 billion)

As Deadline points out, Titanic's 3D re-release grossed $348 million. Had only the original run been included, The Force Awakens would have passed Titanic this weekend by about $31 million.

In other news about The Force Awakens, sources have revealed why Harrison Ford was paid 50X more than other actors in the movie. In addition, some more of the movie's lore has been revealed.
