In Japan, the Nintendo 64 hasn't exactly done as well in sales as it has in the US. Therefore, support for the system has somewhat lagged behind. Recently, however, more developers have been lining up titles for the system. Imagineer has added a new J-League title, called Dynamite Soccer, and Banpresto is currently developing Super Robot Spirits. Both titles will probably never see the light of day in the US, although both are intriguing enough to be noticed by gamers in the US who enjoy Japanese-style games.
Coming in September is J-League Dynamite Soccer 64, the latest in the J-League series, and Imagineer's latest entry in the soccer category. Away from the action of football is Super Robot Spirits, letting the player choose from ten different mechanized battle machines and then duke it out against the computer or a friend on the game's 3-D battle arenas.
