Did you know EA Sports has its own theme song? Until today, I didn't either.
After checking out news of the official soundtrack for the upcoming NBA Live 06, I took a look at the soundtrack for the publisher's upcoming NCAA March Madness 06, which features a number of popular tunes performed marching band style by the Grambling State Marching Band. There's also a little musical jewel entitled "EA Sports (It's in the Game)." It's an uptempo number that moves beyond traditional marching band music by featuring a group of singers excitedly singing the tune's chorus which, as you might expect, is, "EA Sports, it's in the game," followed by a periodic "Oww!" from a male vocalist.

Well the band is here to play
We want to jam for you today
There's a new videogame
EA Sports is the name
I would have paid large amounts of money to be a fly on the wall in that particular marketing meeting.
