Yesterday, Sony revealed that The Simpsons Arcade Game would arrive on the PlayStation Network next week for PlayStation Plus subscribers, but Xbox 360 gamers will get it first. The Simpsons Arcade Game wreaks havoc on Xbox Live this Friday.
Konami today announced that The Simpsons Arcade Game will arrive on Xbox Live on February 3. A price for the game was not provided, and as of press time, Konami had not responded to GameSpot's request for comment.
An HD overhaul of the 1991 original beat-'em-up title, the game lets players control Homer, Marge, Lisa, and Bart and pummel foes through a series of side-scrolling levels. The game spans eight levels and sports four-player online co-op.
Additionally, The Simpsons Arcade Game includes three game modes: Quarters, Survival, and Free Play. Finally, the game includes bonus content like the Japanese version of the game (which must be unlocked) and in-game flyers and posters, as well as a Simpsons character guide.
