Sega reveals Lindbergh specs-April 2024

  In the latest issue of Famitsu, Sega disclosed the hardware specs for its new Lindbergh arcade board. Contrary to previous reports that the platform would be based on the Xbox 360 architecture, the Lindbergh seems to operate on its own specs based on PC components. The machine runs on a 3GHz Pentium 4 processor and uses an Nvidia graphics board with 256MB VRAM, which has the power to output two different screens simultaneously. In terms of sound, the Lindbergh comes with a 3D audio synthesizer chip with 5.1-channel output.

  More detailed specs of the Lindbergh:

  CPU: Intel Pentium Processor 3.0GHz with 1MB L2 Cache (HT compatible) / 800 MHz FSB

  Memory: 184 pin DDR SD-RAM PC3200 512MB x 2 (Dual)

  GPU: Nvidia GPU with 256bit GDDR Memory 256MB, Vertex Shader 3.0, Pixel Shader 3.0, ability to output two different or identical screens to two monitors (different resolutions possible)

  Audio: 3D Audio Synthesizer chip / Max 64 polyphony channels, 5.1-channel-output compatible
