Activision announced this morning that it has released a patch for its PC strategy title Rome: Total War. The patch can be downloaded for free at the game's official Web site. The patch resolves many issues that occur during the multiplayer portion of the game, including a bug that involves GameSpy multiplayer maximum lobby population, as well as a reduction in the potency of the elephant units. The third iteration of the Total War series, Rome: Total War was released for PCs in September.
