Professor Layton fans perked up during the February 8 Nintendo Direct, as their favorite puzzle solver and wearer of large hats was briefly shown in a teaser for a Steampunkish new sequel, appropriately--though perhaps confusingly for PC gamers--called Professor Layton and the New World of Steam.

　　Not so much as the titular character's face was shown in the short trailer, but we do get a short glimpse of what the world will look like. See for yourself.
