Nintendo has released Nintendo Switch firmware update 8.0 which offers some major changes, including the option to transfer save data between Switch consoles.
The new Save Transfer feature is quite major as it allows all players to transfer save data between Switch consoles without needing a Switch online subscription. There’s one catch however – using this feature, erases the save data from the source system.
Another nice new feature are the new game sorting options which allows Switch owners to sort their games by last played, time played, game name, and publisher. Also new option in the 8.0 update – a zoom feature. This new feature allows players to take a closer look at various things.
