Nintendo UK and Nintendo EU has announced that it will be delisting Fitness Boxing from the European Nintendo eShop after November 30. Strangely, they didn't provide any details on why it's doing so despite being the game's global publisher outside of Japan.
On the UK eShop, a notice was posted saying that the digital version of Fitness Boxing will no longer be purchasable after midnight on November 30. However, those who have already bought the game can continue to play it, redownload the software, and receive new updates after the date.
Of course, physical copies of Fitness Boxing will still be playable on the Nintendo Switch, but expect a price hike from third-party sellers as the November date approaches, as well as afterwards.
From 30/11/2023, at 23:59 (UK time), it will no longer be possible to purchase the digital version of #FitnessBoxing.

It's unknown why Nintendo UK and Nintendo EU are pulling this game from the eShop, and there's no announcement from other regions such as Nintendo of America on doing the same thing. GameSpot has reached out to Nintendo of America for comment.
There is little precedent for a move like this from Nintendo, which typically only removes games it publishes from sales when an entire storefront closes--like the Wii U or 3DS eShops.
Perhaps the existence of the sequel, Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise, makes the first game obsolete. There are also a few other fitness games on Nintendo Switch like Ring Fit Adventure and Jump Rope Challenge.
