Today, we received the Japanese version of Maken X, the first-person action game for the Sega Dreamcast. The game is being developed by Atlus, with producer Koji Okada and character designer Kazuma Kaneko, both of which worked on other popular Atlus games such as the Megami Tensei series, Persona, and Devil Hackers.
In the game, you play as a character in control of a sword named Maken X and assume different personalities via what's known as the brain jack. The brain-jacked character and sword differs from one personality to the next since each individual has a unique body type, gender, and so forth.
Hands-on impressions are on the way, but for now, feast your eyes on the screenshots.
