The first video clip of Phantasy Star Online Version 2 has appeared on several Asian Web sites. The origin of the clip is not known at this time, but it does show off several elements that will be introduced in this updated version of Phantasy Star Online. The ice dragon, the multiplayer battle mode, the lobby soccer game, and the new maps are all shown in the video.
PSO Version 2 will be released in Japan on May 17. A North American release date has not been confirmed at this time. GameSpot will have more on the game as it becomes available.
