Majesco Holdings, Inc., publisher of the recently released Xbox title, Phantom Dust, announced that it has officially changed its name to Majesco Entertainment Company. The publisher is also changing its Nasdaq stock symbol from MJES to COOL. Executives from the Edison, New Jersey-based company will ring the opening bell on the Nasdaq exchange floor tomorrow as a celebratory gesture. The company feels that the change in nomenclature will better reflect the nature of Majesco's business. Majesco will soon release Psychonauts, the first game from development studio Double Fine Productions.
