Interplay has released the latest add-ons for its Redneck Rampage and Carmageddon franchises: Redneck Rampage: Possum Bayou, and Carmageddon: High Octane. The games should already be hitting retail store shelves.
Possum Bayou features seven new Redneck Rampage levels and a choice of weapons that includes crowbars, dynamite taped to a cross bow, and the ubiquitous (in Redneck Rampage games at least) alien arm gun. The add-on has multiplayer capability as well.
High Octane features a 14-track, 25-driver destruction derby where bonus points are awarded for every pedestrian, barnyard animal, and other walking target hit. The 3D racing and destruction sim expansion also features user-definable camera angles and instant replay capability.
