Interactive Magic Online (IMOL) announced Tuesday that its World War I online flight simulation Dawn of Aces will be receiving a major new update. Version 1.2 will feature a new strategic element, allowing the ability to capture enemy aerodromes, as well as a three-team organization, instead of the previous two.
IMOL is trying to encourage more people to fly, hence a new free arena will be available throughout the month of December.
In other IMOL news, the company also announced that its newest title, ShockForce, will be released to the public early next year. A futuristic hovertank game, ShockForce will allow 64 players to duke it out over alien landscapes with various types of weaponry.
