This week GameSpot AU teamed up with THQ to give our community an exclusive look at the publisher's upcoming story-driven shooter Homefront. The event was held in the middle of Sydney's CBD in an ominous-looking bunker, decked out with lots of Homefront gear and military paraphernalia.

　　Those in attendance had the chance to sit down for some hands-on time with Homefront multiplayer, as well as meet other community members, taste some gourmet hot dogs, and wash it all down with some authentic American beer. Check out our pics from the event below!

　　Sure, the space was a little cramped, but who cares when there's food, booze, and GameSpot AU staff members around?

　　Are they lining up for beer or to play the game? It's hard to tell…

　　Things became a little more manageable as soon as everyone found a console and started playing.

　　Armed forces soon showed up to the premises to keep everyone in check...

　　…but got distracted by the hot dogs and beer and decided to let their hair down after all.
