It's hard to believe that 10 years have passed since Rockstar Games released Grand Theft Auto III for the PlayStation 2. The game not only sparked a revolution in open-world design and influenced countless other games to follow, but it also attracted a fair bit of controversy from mainstream media that continues to demonize it to this day. To celebrate this occasion, we took a trip up to New York where we met up with Dan Houser, the VP of creative at Rockstar Games, who has written for the series since GTA III.
