Rare and Microsoft announced that Grabbed by the Ghoulies, their all-ages, Xbox-exclusive monster adventure, shipped today.
Aimed at Halloween-season gamers too young for the M-rated action of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence or Nosferatu: The Wrath of Malachi, the game takes a humorous approach to horror, following a grade-schooler named Cooper who battles a pack of mischievous sprites. The game is also part of Microsoft's drive to scare up a youthful fan base for the Xbox, which is widely perceived as more of an adult console.
Grabbed by the Ghoulies is rated "E" for everyone, and has an MSRP of $39.99.
