Dying Light's new expansion The Following contains a cool Harry Potter Easter egg, it has been discovered. Redditor vinc817 found a cupboard under the stairs in a house and it looks just like the one Harry Potter himself was forced to sleep in while staying with the Dursleys. A wizard's hat even sits on the bed. Check it out.
A video from YouTube user TheGenericBrit further reveals that this room is somewhat enchanted, as a skull sitting on a shelf begins to spin. In addition, when TheGenericBrit steps back out into the hallway, a ghost not unlike those seen in the Harry Potter series appears.
You can see all of this in the video below, which also shows you where the house is located (no, it's not on Privet Drive).
This isn't the first Easter egg that fans have discovered in Dying Light. In fact, Dying Light has quite a few Easter eggs, including Link's Master Sword, a Ray McCall action figure, a reference to Silence of the Lambs, and a Destiny-like loot cave, among other things. You can see some of these in this GameSpot video.
Dying Light was released in January 2015 and has been a big hit, selling more than 5 million copies. While developer Techland has some ideas for a sequel, fans can look forward to even more DLC for the game coming later this year.
