Nintendo today announced Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze for the Wii U, the first installment in the series for a high-definition platform.
In addition to side views, the game will feature different camera angles to enable new gameplay experiences, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said.
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze will also include a two-player mode, while characters Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong will be available in addition to Donkey Kong.
The game launches in November and is in development at Retro Studios.
