On September 8, Bungie will deploy a substantial new Destiny update that will make sweeping changes to the shooter ahead of The Taken King's release a week later. While Bungie is saving the full Destiny 2.0 patch notes for next week, the developer has now provided a "tactical preview" for the changes.
The changes include an increased level cap (including the separation of Character Level and Light Level), the introduction of a Quest screen in the menu, and a boost to the number of available Bounty slots. Check out Bungie's breakdown of changes below, while we'll have the full patch notes for you next week.
