BOSTON--Yesterday at PAX East, Microsoft and CD Projekt Red announced a custom Xbox One console based on the upcoming open-world role-playing game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Now, we know what it looks like, as the console is on display at Microsoft's booth on the show floor.
As you can see, the Witcher 3 console is metallic silver, featuring an image of series hero Geralt and the franchise logo. A special-edition Witcher 3 controller also comes with the bundle.
Only one Witcher 3 Xbox One console has been produced, and it will be given away to one lucky fan who wins a special PAX East contest. A variety of special-edition Xbox One controllers have also been revealed, but like the console, you'll need to win a contest to get one.
The Witcher 3, originally slated to launch in 2014, is now due to arrive May 19 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more, check out some of our favorite images in the gallery below.
