Codemasters has announced that it has shipped the Xbox version of Colin McRae Rally 3. In the game, players can get behind the wheel of a number of rally-style racing cars, including McRae's own Ford Focus, the Mitsubishi Evo 7, and the Subaru Impresza 44S. The amount of detail in each car has increased substantially since the previous game in the series. In the career mode, players will take on the role of Colin McRae, who is given a three-year contract to win a series of races for the Ford racing team.
