The first of four campaign expansions for Borderlands 2 will release next week. The content is called Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty and is due out October 16 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Yarr.
The content focuses on a character who is trying to build a tropical paradise on Pandora, but has thus far only attracted pirates.
Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty will be available for $10 or 800 MS points as a standalone download. The content is included for those who hold a $30 Borderlands 2 DLC season pass.
The release of Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty follows the Mechromancer DLC, which released earlier this week. It is available for $10 and is free for those who preordered the game.
