Due to the fact that games from each area are locked to their respective territory's PlayStation Network Store, and that the PS Vita supports only one account at a time, it's incredibly difficult getting postrelease DLC for those games. The best way to approach the PlayStation Vita is to pick one region to get your games from, and then stick to it.
