Alongside the Oculus Quest 2, Facebook revealed a lineup of games for the new VR headset during its Oculus event on September 16. Some of the games shown are expected to launch alongside the Oculus Quest 2, though this is not an extensive list of launch content.
While Oculus will no longer sell the original Quest headset, the company plans to support it for the foreseeable future. As such, all of the following games will be available for both headsets, though, of course, the Quest 2's improved specs (including the forthcoming 90Hz refresh rate support) will take better advantage of optimized software.

The follow-up to Vader Immortal was announced for Oculus Quest and Quest 2. This adventure takes place on Batuu, the same planet you "visit" when you go to Disneyland's Star Wars-themed amusement park.
Population: One is a battle-royale game for the Oculus Quest and Quest 2. It features a unique traversal system called the Vertical Combat System, which allows you to climb and fly as well as fight your enemies from different heights and vantage points.
Ubisoft hasn't revealed much of its Assassin's Creed VR game, though we do know that it's designed specifically for VR as an Oculus exclusive. According to a press release, it also includes "elements" from the beloved franchise.
Unfortunately, not much is known about the Splinter Cell series' VR debut. It's built specifically with VR in mind and will be an exclusive to Oculus. And like the Assassin's Creed VR game, it will feature elements that series' fans are familiar with.
Beat Saber is getting a number of new content updates in the near future. In addition to multiplayer, a new song pack that contains 12 songs by K-pop group BTS is coming soon.
Jurassic World: Aftermath takes places two years after the events of Jurassic World and will have you exploring the island, solving puzzles, and hiding from the locals--they're dinosaurs. It has a cool cartoon-like art style that makes it stand out.
Pistol Whip 2089 is a new DLC pack for Pistol Whip, which adds new scenes, weaponry, enemies, and mechanics. While the base game is a rhythm-based shooter, 2089 takes you through five chapters of a campaign that has you fighting against a robot uprising. Thankfully, synthwave music will still accompany your battles--artists like Magic Sword and Processor are confirmed.
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is coming to the Quest and Quest 2. You'll take on missions and fight zombies in some pretty satisfying ways--you actually have to put some force into your strikes, whether you're using a knife or axe. You'll also have to consider the number of bullets you have, making it feel a lot like a survival-horror game in VR.
Warhammer 40,000: Battle Sister puts you in the power armour of Sister Ophelia, a veteran Battle Sister. I played a demo of it prior to the Quest 2's announcement, and it had me walking through the trenches with a fellow Sister and shooting enemies with some cool Warhammer 40K weaponry.
Sniper Elite VR has you fighting off the Nazi threat in Sicily. Unfortunately, we don't know much about it yet, but it's safe to say you'll be aiming down your scope and taking out Nazis one-by-one, shooting them wherever you please.
Rez Infinite is coming to the Oculus Quest 2 and Quest. The game has already seen releases on PS4 and PC, and now Quest users will be able to play the game completely wirelessly in VR.
The original island puzzler is coming to VR, allowing you to explore the island freely and solve its mysteries. The VR version was built specifically for the Quest family of headsets and features puzzle randomization if you want to shake things up from the original.
The Climb was one of the VR games that made the Oculus Touch controllers feel mandatory, and its sequel introduces a new city environment as well as new maps and events. It also features multiplayer.
Kizuna AI fans will be able to shake their glowsticks to the rhythm of the vtuber's music, and the closer you are to syncing with the rhythm, the closer you'll get to the stage.
Little Witch Academia VR is a racing game based on the anime of the same name. You fly on a broom against other students while purifying the ghosts of Luna Nova Witchcraft Academy. It also contains an original story and a Free Flight mode that lets you fly around the school on your own accord.

Altdeus is an action game with an anime style, and it has you piloting a mech during battles and searching for clues during its "Adventure" sections. It's still unclear what exactly you'll be doing, but it does feel very story-focused with a visual novel style in between more gameplay-heavy parts.
