TDK Mediactive and Activision Value have announced a two-year agreement to copublish, market, and distribute some of TDK's upcoming PC games. The agreement gives Activision Value the right of first refusal for all upcoming TDK PC games. TDK is the publisher behind a number of console games, including Shrek for the Microsoft Xbox, Casper Spirit Dimensions for the Sony PlayStation 2, and Lady Sia for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance.
"In the past year, Activision has proven to be a great distribution partner," said TDK CEO Vincent Bitetti. "Adding PC content is a natural progression of our partnership, and we are pleased to announce this new business venture."
