Microsoft has revealed the titles they’ll be adding to Xbox Game Pass on PC and consoles in late August, and they’re serving up a solid array of Day 1 releases. Subscribers can look forward to the latest asymmetric multiplayer game The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, open-world space shooter Everspace 2, throwback RPG Sea of Stars, and more.
Here are your headliner Game Pass titles for the next couple of weeks:
Everspace 2 (Cloud and Xbox Series X|S) – Available Today

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (Cloud, Console, and PC) – August 18

Game Pass subscribers can also get a discount on the Starfield Premium Edition upgrade, which will allow you to play the game 5 days early.

Not the most blowaway lineup, but again, it’s the calm before the storm. And hey, both Everspace 2 and Texas Chain Saw have received solid reviews, and it seems likely Sea of Stars will too, so there's stuff to play.
