Last week's UK weekly sales chart has been reported by GamesIndustry through the usual UKIE/GfK sources and as it turns out, Bend Studio's PlayStation 4 exclusive Days Gone managed to best NetherRealm's Mortal Kombat 11 for the top spot. The game sold about 27% less than Sony Santa Monica's God of War did when it launched about a year ago, which is fairly impressive considering that this is a new IP. On the other hand, Mortal Kombat 11 sold 43% fewer units than Mortal Kombat X but more than Injustice 2.
As a reminder, these are only physical sales and should thus be considered to be far from the full sales picture, since the digital market now accounts for a huge part of overall sales in the games industry. Even so, here's the full Top 10 chart.
