This is a kitten game I made for the GMTK 2021 game jam.

　　The web browser version above was made after the jam and contains some small changes. I didn't really have the motivation to add features I wanted, like a soundtrack, a save feature, and customizable controls. I think it is still a cute game.

　　Since there's no saving, try to complete it in one sitting. Unless you get really stuck because it's too hard, it probably won't take more than an hour (?)

　　Instructions and Tips

　　The game has strange mechanics. Maybe you want to figure them out yourself. If not, here are some tips.

　　Make a Kitten Connection by touching kittens without landing on the ground. Something good will usually happen.You can air-jump when touching Burgers and DarkGemstones.Touching Burgers and DarkGemstones will increase Combo which increases jump height and movement speed. Combo is reset when you land on ground.Pressing Up or X will let you jump.Interact with Magic Mirrors and Doors by pressing Down or C. Also pressing Down or C will pick up certain items like Keys and other great items.If you get in a bad situation, Escape or R will let you rewind time. Hold both buttons to rewind more quickly.Sometimes it's difficult to proceed and you might need to think about your approach in a different way. Jam Version

　　The jam version is available for download (Windows only) if you are curious. There are some bugs and differences:

　　The stars can be collected repeatedly. Collecting them a second time doesn't do anything though. I accidentally put in more keys than locked doors.Instead of the rewind system, there's a room-reset button that works kind of strangely.Some of the screens are a bit harder and some of the secrets are a bit harder to find.You cannot use X and C for jumping and interacting, only Up and Down.
